Individual therapy

One-to-one sessions focused on your own specific issues and goals, fully online.

What is individual therapy?

Individual therapy is a personal programme in which you and I work together on your mental wellbeing. In our sessions you get the space to talk about what is on your mind, while I guide you with methods grounded in scientific research, such as ACT, EMDR and schema therapy.

Every programme starts with an intake session in which we map out your symptoms, your background and your goals. On that basis we draw up a treatment plan together that fits what you need. The sessions are fully online, so you can work on your recovery from your own familiar surroundings.

Who is individual therapy for?

  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Depression and low mood
  • Stress and burnout
  • ADHD and concentration problems
  • Sleep problems
  • Low self-esteem and insecurity
  • Grief and loss
  • Major life events and trauma
  • Autism and giftedness
  • Adjustment problems during life transitions

How does it work?

After a free intro call we schedule a 60-minute intake session. In it I map out your situation in detail. Together we decide how many sessions you need. Most programmes run between 6 and 18 sessions.

Sessions take place online over a secure video connection. You do not need a referral and there is no waiting list. At the end of the programme we review your progress together and discuss whether further guidance is needed.
